Make sure the Guilders are in a secure package or envelope that they are unlikely to fall out of, and please include your name, webstore e-mail address, and what you ordered in the package to ensure it is successfully tied to the order you just made. If you chose to receive a confirmation e-mail, you may include a copy of that for reference.
Once your Guilders are received, a special order will be created for you in our webstore. You will receive an e-mail to the e-mail account associated with your webstore account within 10 business days, at which point you will be required to pay shipping. Once complete, your order will be finalized and shipped. Reminder, this step will not begin until your Guilders arrive at Wyrd.
