Hi, can levi take the hodg podg effigy, I don't think he can, but there is talk about it around

yes he can. the effigy specifically has an ability that allows leaders from outcasts to ignore any hiring restrictions that may prevent its hiring. It means you can take it with and of the masters, but no henchmen except collodi.
