Using different models..different Malifaux models that is...
I'm brand new to Malifaux and am obviously basing my initial choices on the principle of 'that looks cool' and I went with the Seamus 'The Mad Hatter' starter set.
The thing is I want to use 4 belles but don't really want to have two of the same models on the table. Do I absolutely have to use a belle model or could I use something else and zombie her up a bit?
The reason I ask is I come from a Warhammer 40K background where 'Counts-as' is completely fine and I'm not sure if the same applies to this system.
Any advice would be much appreciated ;-)

If playing in your own club, then you can just use any model you feel like, and i am sure someone will link you to Rattys card creator to make a 4th card for her. If you are planing to go to tournaments, then you can use any Wyrd models to represent her, or use conversions from other models, but they are to be ether hand made or mostly from Wyrd models
Basically, using a different malifaux model for a 4th Belle is perfectly fine

The new Beckoners will work quite well, you could use Dead Doxies if your not planning to use them as Dead Doxies, Performers, Colette are all good candidates.

To be clear, In a local tournament its up to the TO.
Official Wyrd tournaments require that all models be hand made or at least 66% Wyrd parts. So like others said, there are a lot of female models in the Wyrd line that can be rottened up.

Thanks for all the replies.
I think I'll wait till I can get hold of the beckoning models and use those...or maybe the showgirl ones that go with Colette. Fortunately there's a lot of nice models to choose from in the Malifaux range so I'm almost spoiled for choice.
