2/ Can u charge someone but going though someone else melee range ?

3/ If you are in melee with 1 model but want to charge some 1 else can u charge the other model even if the charge was only a few inches and still being in the melee range of the 1st model? (for the kind of (1) charge acation some models have)

Not if they are in your melee range, but if you are in their melee range and they aren't in yours I believe you can charge.

I do have one. I just don't have it with me.

And no need to be an aggressive moron.

I would love official confirmation of this. I thought that being engaged by an enemy was enough to prevent a charge.

"This model may take the Charge Action if it has a target model within its LoS, which is not already in its melee range..."

So you need LoS, and the target can't already be in your melee range (though you could be in its melee range, so its possible to be engaged and still charge).
