Best 2 starter sets

What 2 starters are the best to get started with. I was thinking streets and buildings of Malifaux.

Streets and buildings will get you a decent table for sure.

Just be careful to plan your map ahead with playability and balance in mind. 3D is fun, but too much of it and you'll need 2 tables/areas to play on (1 for the main board, the other for the "roofs and floors" that need to be detached in order to see the inside areas).

The buildings set takes alot of L connectors
The street set takes many I connectors.
So make creative use for the T connectors whenever you can.
