Redirecting damage for Frame for Murder (Collodi)
I think there are other models that could take advantage of this if it works but Collodi is the one I have.
So if I get Collodi into my opponant's master's face, and when thier master hits Collodi, I know i can redirect the damage flip to one of my marrionnettes, but does the damage now basically count as coming from Collodi or would it count for Frame for Murder if the marrionette dies?

The marionette becomes the target of the attack, but the attack is till coming from the same place.
In your example, the attack is still being dealt by the opposing master.Eric and Nathan, hanging from a tree,
