Dose this happen only in his activatsion or is it like Pandoras Emotional Trauma.

What i mean is after someone dies and then make a CC, after the duel is done that made that happen and if it happened in the 6" of the Abilitie Restless Dead dose Nico then place the zombie down or is it something that only happen in Nicos activation.

Im Just a bit confused if he has to be activeated to use that as it, as its under his Abilities list and not in his action/spell list.

A follow up question - the wording is something like 'After a corpse counter is placed in the table within 6" replace it with a Mindless Zombie' (I don't have his card, so may have got it slightly wrong, I'm going from memory) - so what happens if a corpse counter appear on the table outside his 6" range and then Avatar Nico moves within 6". Is the counter immediately replaced with a Mndless Zombie? Or has he missed his chance because replacing it with a Mindless Zombie only occurs at the point the corpse counter is placed?
