After failing a morale duel and activating within terrifying while rallying

If a model fails it's morale duel for terrifying and makes his double move to the closest board edge then activates on the next turn within the terrifying of the same or another model does it rally? Or does it run again?

The model would take another terrifying check, if it failed it would fall back again. If it passed the check it would continue to Rally for that activation.
