Seeing something awesome and thinking of Wyrd

So a lecturer shared this video and though I'd listened to the band and seen their other videos I hadn't gotten round to watching it. Until now.

Boy oh boy is this an awesome video; the production value, the quality, the creativity. As a soon to be film graduate this stuff makes me giddy. What makes me more giddy is that I just couldn't help but think of Wyrd throughout as well as a special little boy ;)

So sit back, turn the lights out, crank the volume up and enjoy this slice of almost Wyrd =D

@Sandwich: Already seen the Iron video (also used in the Assassin Creed Revelations trailer), which is a prequel to Run Boy Run (single weird storyline). As great a song it is and nice video, Run Boy Run is much more magical to me, even if the matte painting isn't perfect. The boy was perfect casting and the costumes... damn, it's like Where the Wild Things Are meets Limbo meets Skyrim =D

The more I think about it, the more I would have designed Dreamer drastically differently (fundamentally, for creative reasons not technical). But at the end of the day I'm just enjoying the show =D
