Pandora : Who delivers the 1000th cut ?

Little query has come up, and I think I know the answer but would be interested to get some clarification / opinions.

If I am playing against Pandora, and fail a WP duel in range of Pandora, 2 sorrows and a doppleganger mimicing emotional trauma, who deals the damage first ?

I am imagining that the Pandora player will choose the order in which the various wounds are done, but we've been chatting about it and have kind of talked ourselves round in circles somewhat.

I believe that it is indeed Pandora's player's choice of the order.

I would think that the active player will decide the order.
