Green Stuff and bamboo base
Hi Guy's
I'm pretty New to green stuff and i need advice to make a nice Bamboo mat/floor for my crew. I would like to know if there is any good video or anything that could help me with these.
Thanks

Tbh I would pick up thin plastic rod and build the base out of that. Just use small boobs of green stuff to sculpt the binding between them. Using a pin to make the blob into separate strands of rope.

Or you could try sushi rolling mats.. I found some at Big Lots (a discount retail chain near my house) for about 5$ each. You can make a ton of 30, 40, and 50mm bases with just one of them.

All of these are great suggestions on how to do this (though the Sushi mat method might be a bit expensive). I prefer the skewers rather than tooth picks since they are a bit thicker.
If you can find it Games Workshop had a great toot in the Lustria book on creating faux bamboo ridges with just paint, other wise you can use these ones,
Warcast Studios
The Dark Templar
Or you could ask Minky if he has any more of these ones here
Or use this toot here which is pretty amazing actually.
Hope that helps a bit.President of the Louisana Chapter of the Gremlin Anti-Defamation League
