spells with more than 1 target.
If I cast distract, and get a crow in the total, I can cause slow to two additional targets.
Do the additional targets also get a resist?
or just the original target?
Same with seamus and undead psychosis. .

Edit: Wrong answer due to wrong question. Should have double checked the rules first. :D
If a spell targets multiple models, every defender gets a chance to resist. If something generates multiple strikes, it is the same.
Undress however doesn't target multiple models. It targets one model and then applies the effect to additional models within 3" of the target. This is pretty important distinction and this is precisely what allows this spell to bypass some defensive mechanics in the game, as it's been already pointed out.Last edited by Q'iq'el; 05-02-2012 at 09:56 PM.

From memory here, but if I recall the RM says every model affected by a spell with a rst stat gets to resist, and not every model targeted.

Page 53. The rules indeed say that. Not sure where my idea there's a difference between targeting and affecting came from. So other than Blasts and some Pulses, there is no way to bypass a Rst duel and any relevant immunities, right?
Have I mentioned the rules are too convoluted?

In the original rules, only the initial target had to resist - others were affected automatically. It changed in the Rules Manual to allow each affected model a resist.
