Rafkin Poison
If Rafkin Flasks something, is it only the initial target that gets poison, or anything hit by the blasts?

Everything hit by the blasts gets poison as well.

While it would seem to make sense that they would, I don't think the rules support it.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, blasts cause nothing but damage. Nothing in Rafkin's rules do so. I'd be happy to be proven wrong, especially since I do think it's intended to cause poison, but IMHO a strict reading would require something like "Models damaged by blasts gain Poison."

Apparently blasts carry over all effects of the intial attack (poison, burning, magical, etc), just anything triggered from an attack is not carried over into the blast effects.

No problem, it was linked onto a thread I had started earlier about blasts giving out burning tokens. For what it's worth I agree with Buhallin, seems odd that blasts hand out effects even though the rules specifically state that they do not (unless otherwise stated on the ability of course). But as usual I'm probably missing something ;)

Hrm. I'd missed that. My best guess is that it's a fine reading of "target" in the rule itself - any effect that specifies "target" wouldn't work. Poison just says "affected model" so... Going to have to keep an eye on that, it's a pretty big change from my previous understanding.
