With the changes to Bury, http://www.wyrd-games.net/showthread...es-BURY-Errata , A chain activation where one model gets buried (like the Dreamer) will end the activation for all models in the chain.

So, just so I'm clear, the ONLY way Chompy can now turn into The Dreamer is through All Done, is that right, or am I missing something?
*edit* never mind, I forgot about calm nighmaresLast edited by Loxley; 03-21-2012 at 02:00 PM.

I'm happy with the change even if its going to cause some headaches at Adepticon for me
Plus it basically kills months of Anti-dreamer planning and practicing I have been doing. Which mostly involved dealing with the 1st turn Yo Yo of doom.

Calm Nightmares still exists on the Day Dreams. The Changes haven't affected LCB changing back to the Dreamer at all (except that All Done is on Damaging now). All they have done is made it more expensive and harder to bring out LCB.
- Dreamer now can only use (0) Nightmare Friend which means he can't bring him out within 6" any more he has to bring him out in BtB
- He still comes out when the Dreamer Dies.
- Day Dreams can no-longer use the Dreamers spell to bring out LCB, they can only use (1) Call Nightmares which means you have to sacrifice them. This means you have to be much more careful with your Day Dream resources, and it costs you to bounce the Dreamer back to them.

That should not be the case. If you bury DURING your activation you end your activation.
So here is how it would go:
- Dreamer + Daydream + Daydream 2 companion activate.
- Daydream moves up the board and uses (1) call nightmare to sacrifice and summon LCB
- Dreamer buries due to One Master
- *** Dreamer now ends his activation before being buried because of the Bury errata.
- LCB moves and Attacks, triggering All Done.
- LCB buries, unburying Dreamer. Dreamer does not get to activate because he already activated and Ended his activation.
- Daydream 2 now gets to resolve his activation because of companion.
Daydream 2 would not lose his activation unless he buried after getting activated during the companion chain.Author: Dead Tau Project (Now mostly Malifaux) / Host: Gamers Lounge Podcast

Ok, that makes more sense, I think. Essentially if the Dreamer and Daydreams activates and one of them unburies Chompy (which would bury the Dreamer), then the Dreamer's activation would be done (leaving Chompers with all 3 general AP) but the Daydream would still have whatever remaining AP left to him. If I got it right.
