    Are they doing plastic minis instead of metal now, or are these "greens"?

    Its looks like they cast this in resin because they are a bit larger than the standard miniatures.

    Are they changing scales again? These look as if they are "HO" scale, anyone know?

    No, I think these are just special gears that are larger and more advanced than the regular ones...
