Ordering Replacement bits for missing parts

How does one go about getting replacement parts for missing pieces?

Contact wyrd if missing parts in a clam or box. Zee was my contact guy he wanted the initials on the sticker of the package missing parts.

The miniatures were purchased used and I would need to purchase replacements from Wyrd. I don't see a bits section in their store.

As for lost parts no support I know of. No bits store thankfulky models are cheap enough to just buy a new clam. A bits stotr operation can be quite costly with little to no demand.
