Salute was hilarious. It wasn't the full double rimmer, I was way too busy for half of it! After chatting to CunningStunt for a bit, I ended up manning a booth while the owner got food, and serving as the photographer for an old friends stall where he was unveiling his new company and their game. For anyone interested, it's 10mm scifi with dementedly detailed sculpts, and the quality he gets from his caster is crazy.
His website is Going to get more stuff on as release nears, it's http://www.hawkwargames.com/.
And this is a couple of bits I did prerelease for him:

[/end shameless plug]
Also got a couple more malifaux bits, though was a shame brutal effigy wasn't available. Would have been handy to get hold of him. Oh, and some bushido stuff, and carnevale stuff, and McVey stuff...
I'm now broke again, and inspired too, so there should besome updates on my thread soon. Nearly finished the sculpt for Jansen from my breach runners, and got plans for the next ones. And have a showgirl to finish painting!

Good weekend. Got plenty done in the garden on Saturday and started tidying the house yesterday in time for a parent visit.
Still plodding through the Last Remnant on the PC. No painting done :(

Ah the good old pre parent tidy. Haven't had to do that for a while!
Not played last remnant, though I did waste a lot of this week playing final fantasy xiii-2. Between the two of us in the houses we finished it. All of it, including the side stuff. Such a massive wasted week, but hilarious!

Got my Nightmare Teddy mostly assembled. I'm going to paint him in the same colors as this guy: http://overtherainbow.ecrater.com/p/...oys-1975-burnt
I had one of these from as far back as I could remember until about the age of 7, when my sister was born. I gave him to her. She still has him, and he still squeaks
So he's going to be sort of a tribute- they don't make 'em like they used to. Assuming I can get it to work he's going to be dragging the fat kid behind him much like little kids will drag their favorite toy by a foot or hand.Official Scribe of the Unofficial Malifaux Find a Game/Opponent Listing.
I coined the term "Classicfaux." Not much of a claim to fame, but I'll take what I can get.

Mako, I did everything invloved in FFXIII-2 in a fortnight and that's not just all of the achievements, but everything else too, you will need a guide for it all, but it's pretty simple. Just keep that Paradox thingy active after finishing the game to find the other 8 endings :P
Steam FFXIII gets better once you reach disc 3 where it opens up a lot more. Plus it have some truly wonderful moments for character interaction in that game, one of the reasons I enjoyed it as much as I did since it was very linear.
I've been trying out trials for Trials Evolution (fun but annoying control system), Kingdoms of Amalur - reckoning (may end up getting this one) and many other games, some I like, some I don't, some i just plain hate or found immensely boring (so I file them under the Bioshock "do not touch even with someone else's barge pole" folder). Just waiting for a new headset and some Xbox points to arrive so I can get some extras for a few games ;)
