They don't stay UFOs for long. Maybe if its misty it could hide for a bit but sooner or later someone will see it outside the hotel and think "Yup, that's a spaceship". Instantly no longer unidentified.

Same here ed!
Also, the Martians upgraded from UFOs hen they realised Hollywood had taught everyone about stopping and how to recognise them etc. They now look like the old Buster Crab (SP?) Flash Gordon ships ;) They need a lot of room to land while turning in wide circles.

Well, I'm wrapping things up at 1,445 words for today. Not too far shy of reading 1,500, but it just took a lot out of me to get that scene done. Which seems weird looking over what it is, but eh. Hope people like it.
