Perdita's See The Unseen - help
I am confused on how and when this ability is used.
For example, Kirai has the Pitiful ability which means for Perdita to target her, she must win a WP to WP Duel. Does Perdita's See the Unseen ability mean she does not need to perform this duel (i.e. Ignore spells and talents that require a duel?) What other abilities whould See the Unseen have an effect on?

basically Perdita doesn't have to make flips to shoot at anything. between Immune to Influence and See the Unseen she is able to shoot anything. Fluff wise think of it this way: 'Dita kills monsters for a living. It takes a lot more than a charging Nephalim to make her flinch.

Immune to Influence does not work against Terrifying. This came up when I was playing a friend's Dreamer crew, and we asked on the rules forum. Perdita is never the defender during a Terrifying check, so Immune to Influence does not come into effect. Stubborn doesn't help versus Terrifying, either.

Actually Immune to Influence only works when defending. There is no defender in the a terrifying duel.
