Need List Making Help

Ok, so I played my first game of Malifaux a couple of days ago with my younger brother (he can legally drink in the US so he's not that young) and we proxied a pair of starter sets (he used Rasputina and I used the Viktorias).

Anyways, we both enjoyed the game and I managed to convince him to get some Malifaux by adding on to a local order. He selected the Lady Justice set.

Anyways, the reason I need some help is because I want to make a list that is on-par with the Lady Justice set. Not better, but roughly equal because neither of us enjoy getting crushed and me crushing him at a game is the quickest way to get him to stop enjoying the game (we're pretty competitive with each other and neither of us like losing badly to each other). While I could just do the basic box sets every game I would prefer to have some sort of alternate lists to change things up once in a while.

Lilith's Brood
Viktorias set
Two Young Nephilim
Lelu
Lilitu
Three Ronin

So, can you guys help me out? He probably won't be buying any more Malifaux for a while so unless he borrows one of my crews it will be the Lady J crew vs whatever crew I end up making the the foreseeable future.
