    First crew - Perdita

    Hi all,
Here's my first foray into Malifaux painting.
I normally paint FoW (15mm) and the jump up in scale makes a huge difference.
I'm not very happy with Perdita and Nino's skin but as these are my 'learning' crew (both painting this scale and the game) they will do for now. No doubt I'll look back at these and cringe in a couple of years time
There is a slight sheen to the figures from the 'matt' varnish which seems to be accentuated by the camera.

    Any and all comments welcome.

Guild, Resurrectionists, Arcanists, Neverborn and Outcasts - I can lose with them all :)

Nice basic paintjobs here. Did you buy blisters? Or do you have the rest of the Ortegas floating about?

Just the blisters. My preferred crew will be Neverborn but I wanted a simple crew to learn the mechanics of the game first.

That's actually pretty impressive, especially considering it's your first work in 32mm. The bases are very cool (I am a big fan of custom bases & think they can really make the mini).

Most impressive to me are the stripes on the convict gunslinger's pants. They look very precise.
