hoowdy doody one and all

as i write this, it is a mere 2 hours before i leave to head on an hour and a half trip to parramatta, sydney to enter the second round of oz golden demon.

im not particulalry fond of the new system for oz gd, and just pulled some mini's off my shelf to enter, but with any luck, i might even get to the finals. i only made it through to the second round because of a really poor showing in my local gw. one entry got through because there was only one other entry and my other was competing against three others.

there was an outstanding amount of youngbloods, which is always good to see.


anyhoo, im to nervous to keep prattling on, ill let you all kow how i went when i return tonight.

hey all

just got home. im FREAKING FREEZING!!!!!!!!!!. a 2 hour ride in the rain, not the best way to spend saturday night.

as expected i didnt progress through to the nationals. i thought i had a chance with the 40k unit but i missed out. one of the staff members was rather annoyed that my unit didnt get through, i think he liked them more than i did.

fantasy single was a no hoper, the quality of some of the entries was just amazing.

i put my money on the same guy from last year winning with either his 40k single ork nob or his warhammer single dark elf.
