The Galleries are now OPEN for viewing and commenting!!

This will be up for a day before the voting can begin....

Not as many entries as I would've liked, but some great stuff in there!!!

Note that all entries have been made anonymous. We'd like to keep them that way until AFTER the voting. So no commenting on who did what, or anything that may 'give it away'.

I really wanted to get some entries finished, but ran out of time. On the other hand, I now have two nearly finished models, so it's not a total loss.

Thanks to Nathan and Supervike for running the contest.

    Good luck to the contestants!

Just had a run through to vote and comment. Nice stuff! Some great takes on the theme. I would have liked to enter, because it was a great theme, but alas painting for Gen Con sucked up my painting time. Hope to see this theme again some time.

Congrats to all of the participants and all of the winners! I was disappointed there weren't more entries, particularly after seeing the high quality of the entries that made it in. I hope we get to find out who was behind all of the entries and get more close-ups, etc. in the Miniature Matters forum.

FWIW, My entries were the cartoony Viktoria in the Beach Bodies section and the lonely "Gunslingers Last Stand" in the duel section. I'm preparing to head out for a weeks vacation tomorrow AM, but will post up more close-ups and individual shots next week.

Thanks to Wyrd for putting this on!

Just a note. I'm still working on getting the winners announced, but all the pics now have the original artist included back to them.

If you are wondering who did what, you can look...OR like Jim did above, just tell us.

The announcement will be coming as soon as I figure something out in the admin sections.....

    GREAT JOB FOLKS!

I was blown away by some of the entries, good job to everyone involved! This is my first wyrd painting contest, so I was happy to see my crew fit the theme. It made it a lot easier to finish.

I submitted the warpig, hog whisperer, and mosquito on the gallows. I'll add them to my old miniature thread later today.
