    Boneshaker

Has anyone else read Boneshaker by Cherie Priest? Cooincidence? Major plot revolves around a dead man named Leviticus Blue- a steamfitting old inventor who is married to a woman half his age. Years ago he drove a huge mining machine through the earth in seattle colapsing a large part of the city and releasing a source of necromantic gass that turns people into zombies.....

    Goo stuff.

Haven't read it, but may have to. Came out about six-eight months ago, has some kid on the cover with goggles with the reflection of a zephyr or something?
I'm often asked what genre and elements make up Malifaux ... that's simple, its: Steamvictoriohorrorwestpunk! Hope that clears it up for you.

Its a pretty good book, bought it back on October when I was travelling. Takes place in Seattle after Leviticus experiment unleashes a zombie making gas in downtown Seattle.

Well, although not a Malifaux novel, if you have an interest in the resserectionists this novel by James Bradley is worth a read. A very Malifaux feel to it.

I thought it was a lot better than the two stars suggest, but don't be fooled by the length, approx the last fifth of it is a excerpt for his next novel.
