    Hello from Moscow....

Moscow... unfortunately not Russia, but rather the land of Silver and Potatoes; Idaho. Frankly Russia would have been more interesting I suppose, but Idaho has its own charms. I am referring to Northern Idaho and not Southern Idaho. ;) We don't even pronounce the city name the same way, here it's moss-koo rather than moss-cow.

Anyways, my name is Charles, but my friends all call me Chuck. I'm something of a miniature addict and I'm happy to say I am adding Malifaux to the addiction list as well. I just placed my order for my first crew after trying the game a handful of weeks of ago. I hope to have a second crew in another week or so. The uniqueness of the game and world just got under my skin and I kept thinking about it. If a game is unique and cool enough to stay on my brain for that long obviously its doing something right, so how could I resist? Now to just convince the wife she needs to try it.

Lets see, for quick bio information I'm 31, I've played miniature games for 17 years or so. I've been married nearly 9 years to the most beautiful, kind, and understanding woman a man can find, and I have two wonderful children ages 4 and 2.

I don't post much since I'm something of a lurker, but I'm happy to be member of this online community and I hope to periodically contribute to discussions and be a useful forum member.

Hi and welcome to Wyrd! No problem if you just enjoy hanging out and reading what the others are talking about, but feel free to join in any time. Happy to hear the game has gotten it's way into your thinking...it never lets go! (evil, I know!). Anyway, enjoy your stay, glad to have you

    Hello Vagrant,

I'm down in Boise, and just had to say hi to another Idaho player. There are a few of us down here but we have been trying to build the community. We just completed a league and are about to have a few tournaments. I don't know if your ever this way but if you do let us know and we might try and get a game or something going.
