Does slow to die not just allow a 1 action or charge? If the heal is an in built ability and not an action he couldnt use it in his slow to die action

I was assuming Tannen to be in the Mei Fang crew as a Ten Thunder crew. So after I use all of my cards getting a big combo in you can try to get your opponent to drop to the same hand size.

Then after you use all your cards for an insane combo, have Mr Tannen force your opponent to discard any additional control cards held.
