Well, Adepticon 10 is behind us and seemed to be a raging success. I love seeing all my friends from around the country (and overseas), and love meeting new people and experiencing new games....

Dragonforge sells packs cast guitar string in several sizes. *Much* easier to work with, by a factor of about 50.

Better try it on a test mini or two before you try it with your favorite models....

I can't take credit for that one. Fullborer used that against me a few times. It's great in the center of the board, even better at denying a flank attack.

LaFemmeGeekita uses the Piglet really well. It's freaking scary how good that puppet can be - to the point that it is usually my target numero uno when he hits the board.

Moleman - great in a Ram crew. With easy access to cork guns you can make him a nice turret.

I think the cell-shaded art style could definitely be tapped for a miniature painting style. It would obviously lend itself better to simpler models (i.e. super dungeon explorer minis),
