I don't feel like you really went after the theme. A few people just said "Hey, let's put up a forbidden sign, that'll do."
Cool war paint. Highlights on the skin can come WAY up - check out some scantily clad women pictures and see how the light reflects - even up to white - even on darker skin tones. Probably deeper shadows as well.
I'm not sure what the 3rd amazon, the one not even looking at the girl, adds. I think it would be tighter with just the 2 ladies threatening from either side, the wee girl creating the third point of the triangle. Amazon 3 just muddies up the story a little.
Next time you do hair - try not making the shadows so stark and see how you like it. It's like almost every blond strand of hair is black-lined, whereas a light brown would provide you with definition without being so stark and unrealistic - again, checking out pictures of chicks. It's rough, what we must do for research. (Same with the white hair - just a lighter grey instead of one so dark, make it look more natural). |
