Hey,

I wasn't sure if it was mentioned but I've been keeping an eye on the upcoming All Quiet on the Martian Front Kickstarter. It's due to kick off within the next few days.

For some reason the idea of it really clicks with me so I'm on board to support it. Anyone else out there thinking of doing it?'

The website is www.martianfront.com Check it out.

I'm surprised there isn't a topic about this in here as well, figured I'd at least give you guys a quick heads up. This has been a massively successful campaign, and if you're able to foot the bill on 2+ sets ($120 in the US, $190 outside the US) you get a simply absurd amount of pieces. I'm looking at the 3 set tier and figure that with some creative use of space, might get 1/3 to 1/2 of a Malifaux board out of them. Then I can use some other terrain pieces and Terraclips to round out the board, and I see no reason why I couldn't build up on top of them as well, as I would with Terraclips in general.

As tempting as getting the sets painted professionally is, each tier with that feature is generally so close to the next one up with even more unpainted sets that I simply can't justify the expenditure. If cash were no option I'd be wallet deep in this for 10+ sets, but unfortunately I no longer have a regular table top RPG crew, so a few sets to add some stylish terrain to our Malifaux battles will have to suffice.
