Due to the overwhelming number of requests Wyrd receives for event support, we cannot respond to all requests. Our convention support is limited, so we support only a small number of various types of conventions each year. If we support an event, we require advertising on the convention website, advertising in the convention program, information and signage about our Prize Support at the Event, photos of our product at the Event, and a summary of how it was used or given out. To help us understand more about your request, please include the following information.
- Event Name
- Dates
- URL
- Brief description of event
- Number of attendees in past 3 years and expected number of attendees at the next event
- Number of miniatures events and attendees at those events in the last year as well as the same numbers expected for the next event
- detailed information on support requested and how Wyrd product will be used at the convention
