Who do/should we contact about a miscast mini? I recently purchased the Ortega Gunslinger's box set, and the Nino was miscast. The right side of his face is just a rough patch, and the right arm doesn't look right at all. I need to get this box and the Victoria's box I picked up painted soon, as I am applying for our FLGS henchmen. What would be the best way to take care of this? Thanks

Wow, thanks for such a fast response. I wasn't sure if that was the route to go, as busy as he tends to be.

What is his email? I just got a order of minis in today. The Sybelle model is a bit messed up. When you turn her sideways, it looks like the back half of the model is up a little more then the front half. Looks like the mold didn't line up correctly when it was cast.

Yep, got my replacement instruments for my missing gremlin parts rather fast.
