Sonnia's totem

I wondering how many have used Sonnia's totem, the Purifying Flame, and what are their experiences?
I was looking at putting a new order through and adding the Purifying Flame or Governors proxy to my existing witchhunters crew.
If you had a choice which would you use?

ive used it twice,it wasnt brilliant,but it dget to use inferno or some other spell without using up sonnias activation,which more than makes up for the 2 SS you are paying for it.

It's like most of the totems seem to be, a handy 2 stone model. I've mostly used it to cast flame wall after or before Sonnia, although you do need at least a 8 :tome in your hand to ensure you get it off.

Also Matt, were you meaning one of Sonnia's other spells?, because I don't think you can cast (0) spells using magical extension, I could be wrong, but in the description it says "may cast a masters (1) spell.

I really think I'd rather take the purifying flame in most cases- but really I see this as a two point filler. I'll add it to my list if I need to fill in points- but it's certainly not an auto include in mho
