Anyone have any thoughts on running with more than 3 silurids? Perhaps a 35SS game with:

Zorida
JuJu
5 silurids
voodoo doll

They seem to work well as a group... I've only played two games (with just the Zorida starter box) and have enjoyed it! I did enjoy the silurid pack...good fun...

i think the list is solid as long as you don't face a bunch of spirits and constructs... the swampmen are alot better when facing living or undead imo.

have only run w/ 3 though personally.

3 is enough of a beatdown, honestly. Your list could ALWAYS benefit from more variety. I have played a bunch of games now with Papa Loco (totally BORKUN in this list!!!) added on for +1SS, and a few more recently with Pigs/Gremlins for +1SS ea. (the Warpig and Gremlins are the best bang for their buck so far of the Outcast Wp4's). Hope that helps!

I've done 6 Silurid and Marcus in 30SS. Sabatoge and Breakthrough, I'll announce it, it doesn't matter because I'm getting them np.

Oh and if I have Treasure Hunt/Reconnoiter I won't even bother fighting you because I'm so fast you can't catch me, it's hilarious. And if your opponent gets Assassinate/Slaughter more power to you because for the first two turns you sit in the backfield and do nothing so they are forced to run straight on you. Then you use your maneuverability to either run to the edges of the board to claim objectives or jump out, ambush with your entire army (which activates all at once by the way with Companion) and run away as you please with Self Perservation. Really it's so good when used correctly.

The problem I can see is that you having nothing big and solid to either a. attract attention or b. deliver a beat down to something like the Ice Golem. Sure the Silurid are great in a pack, but vulnerable to blast. They are going to need to gang up on something to do searious damage to it, and that can lead to major losses from blasts. I think it's a great list for the situations Raintar described, but I wouldn't play it in Assassinate or Slaughter.
