Hey all,

Just wanted to discuss how people are using Bishop's (0) option and see if there's anything to share around.

I'm seeing Adaptive Fighter as the option to choose for confirming a particular combat trigger if you don't have the suit you need in your control cards, or to give yourself the only chance of certain defensive triggers. And Cage Fighter as the option to choose if you know you're going to have trouble hitting, you really need that extra defense or if you already have the control card you need for the trigger you want.

I can't readily see the purpose of Penetrating Fist, however, the one defensive trigger it might be useful for requires two suit to be active (which means you need to use Adaptive Fighter to trigger it) and if you want it for attacking with then just selecting Adaptive Fighter: Tomes.

If anyone has anything to share, it's appreciated :).

Much like a lot of Malifaux it depends on your mission and the terrain. Put some Hazardous terrain on the table and then watch Bishop pick-up Killjoy and toss him into Kill/Kill/Kill. Definitely worthwhile.

I don't know that he's 2 Ronin good, but he's definitely a good utility guy for making the rest of your models far more effective. Consider (1) charge, toss bad guy next to his friend. (1) Charge throw another body into the pile-up. Melee Expert toss the third. Now activate Viki and Whirlwind... ewww...

Bishop alone? Not worth 11ss. Bishop as an enabler? Worth it most of the time.
