the soldiers in the art work dont look impressive but the mini in the pic look alot better.the machines do look good nice and evil.

So far the rules don't impress me...WAY too much rules and modifiers for a game. Or as Wraithshadow put it:


The writeup of the examples makes me more than a little leery, if only because it sounds way too complex for a casual game.

"Okay, I have three plasmatron cannons, which are 4/1, so I get twelve dice that I can reroll once each, and I need a 4+, except that I'm firing at size 4 targets, behind cover, with the distance to target being more than 10 times the range for the weapons, and they've failed a morale check, with two of them having already taken wounds..."
