If I activate Seamus and use the companion ability do i have to go through all of seamus's action before I start using the belles or can I use the belles first and then him all in the same activation?

You must finish Seamus' activation first but then may immediately activate any affected Belles.

ok another question, If i decide to activate sybelle and all the belles own their own, I could go through the belles actions first and use sybelle last?

Yup. Companion says you can activate either.

Seamus has to go first. Since his companion ability is an action.

If he declares Sybelle his Belle for the night. She and any Belles within 6" can all activate in any order you choose. Only rule there is you have to complete ones activation before moving to the next.
