Another Salute purchase....Great fun to paint, I went for the comic book look with heavy blacklining.

It's from Monolith's forthcoming line of Hellboy minis - not on general release but I'll let you know when they are. I've been trying to email them but I keep getting an undeliverable response...
The eyes are orange like the comic, this was an absolute bitch to photograph (thanks again to SteveB for his photo skills)

I'm guessing they got license to make the Hellboy range? Cool if so.
Not a bad job there, eyes are just a touch funny for me though.
BTW, was his stone hand red in the movie, can't remember.

@FF: Yes, they are nearly there with the licensing, they have 11 minis in the range so far, when they get to 20 they will release them...and yes the right hand of doom is red - honest!
The eyes are a bit weird in the comic: BIG RED (http://www.keaner.net/sketch/Hellboy.jpg)

Yup, I definately want one of those...Monolith Designs huh? I have been meaning to order some of Jim Bowens stuff for quite a while...He does the GRAVEN IMAGES stuff from that company.
Do you know who the sculptor is? And why didn't you get two so you could send me one? These are all pertinant questions!!

I think the sculptor is called Steve but that's a vague guess.....funnily enough I did buy two but the spare has gone to another denizen of this board who shall remain nameless to protect the innocent :tongue2:
