First Impressions

Got my Book today and read through the rules sections and a bit of the fluff. It is really great so far.

Two things I am missing are an explanation what bloodtokens are for (reading the story behind the nephilin suggests they are only for growing them) and a quick reference what i can use soulstones for (just in general not the special spells or abilities), but i think these little things will clear up as soon as i have played some games and i get a feeling of the game.

Anyway the book is nice to read and inspires me a lot to create freaky terrain pieces. Great work

If you read the stats for Lilith and the Nephilim you will find an explanation of how to use bloodstones for growing your Nephilim. You can use soulstones to also to give yourself a second flip when cheating fate.

The different uses of Soulstones are scattered about in their respective sections.

You can:

*re-flip for Initiative (p.43)
*Heal (p.45)
*Change starting totals in a combat/casting/morale (p.54, 64, 79)
*Prevent damage (p.57)

Individual powers on a character's card may reference things you can do with them as well.

I think I covered the obvious ones...
