Looking for an Outcast Master...

I pose this question to all Outcast players:

I want to put together a crew with the Mole Men, Gremlins, maybe Bishop, Hamlin, John and the Convict Gunslinger.

...the question is.... what master to use with this crew?
What tactics would work best with it?

unfortunately there is no master who can hire all these models.. Other than the mole men, who are arcanists, the rest are outcasts but Victoria is the only master who would work...
