Don't they have to take that lid off their guns, before they shoot?

I'm totally not into any of these PP thingys...

Let's suppose that the picture is letting down the blue skin tone quality. Let's suppose that the painters were in a rush and didn't have time to drill the guns. Let's suppose that those little legs can support those massive torsos. What I don't get is : where in the world did the trolls' ears go???

They are like fat versions of that Earthworm Bill guy.

I quite like the sarge, and these guys have much more humor than any of the other PP stuff. If I were playing the game I'd take this faction.

Is it just me, or did PP go from taking the world of miniatures a step forward, to a giant leap backward?

These look like type of concept and quality we would have seen 5 years ago, although better that those archers from last week that looked like they could have come from 10 years ago...

so I guess in a week they advanced 5 years in quality, too bad the week before they went backwards 10+ years :D

nah, its definately not you. I was intrigued by some of the stuff early on, but I'm bored of this stuff already....

We're just too damn fickle.

???

As far as I see it, PP never went farther than GW, and they're heding the same way.

They've had some pretty cool individual characters, but that's all, IMO. These are as lackluster as the rest of the stuff they've announced this week.

I admit that their character designs have "omph", but the sculpts often end up blocky and lack the design's details.

Maybe so, I don't have any PP minis so I can only judge from pictures. I'm thinking of getting a few of their Iron Kingdoms minis, but that's probably it.

trolls dont have ears (or nose ) in the Iron Kingdoms

they seem to be close to frogs biologicaly speaking

I don't want to sound nerdy, but frogs have nostrils and an ear system (even if they don't have the pavillon, you can see the tympanium) :

Are trolls in the Iron Kingdoms deaf???

Who cares about ears?

I quite like these. Wouldn't want a whole box of them, but I do like the cigar smoking sarge. :)

I like them, they have a kinda cartoony feel to them. They would of benifited from having the barrels dilled out. Keep them comming. I am glad that they don't look like everyone elses Trolls.

I still like the trolls too. If I was to start Hordes, either these guys or the shark-looking things.

I still love the Khador stuff. The best Warjacks, great mock-Russian theme. Warmachine is one of the few games that I actually played as well. PP is doing something right, just not all things...

Overall a would say they have had hits on a very large majority of their stuff. I personally have not bought anything from them, but I love the warjacks.

I've purchased a few things here and there from PP, mainly characters, I think the problem some folks are finding are the rank and file troops which might not have as much character or style to them. This bunch here I actually do like, though as stated, the guns could have been drilled. The Sarge seems to be the best out of them in general.
