I just spotted this mini

and it's the first non-studio painted Wyrd mini I've seen (not counting the entry in Rotten Harvest since that was before the official launch...). It's a quite nice paintjob and I thought I'd post about it here to give the painter some extra exposure. :)

Finally!

:D

Good stuff that, have been waiting for a bit now to see customer paint jobs and this is a great first one.

Good looking mini. I have not had the chance to do any more than clean my bishop.

I think this is actually rather quick, I remember doing the assassin for sacred blade, keeping an eye out for the next paint job, which took probably 6 months before I saw one...

Cleaning your bishop?

that sounds a lot like polishing the pope...

Actually, Cedric sent me a link over on Creafigs where someone had done Baby Kade as well. I'll see if I can dig up the link.

Love this dark gothy Bishop. I think the hands blackened like this adds tons of character. I expected to find this effect with blood maybe, but the black hadn't crossed my mind yet)

Well I have Bishop as wip right now. Cleaning took me a bit longer then expected and held it back a bit (I don't realy like the cleaning bit ;) ). Hopefully done painting him somewhere next week (wouldn't hold my breath though) Just hopeing noone has done my coloursceme by then already.

I really like what he did with this! Are the hands black because he has some power or something, warpaint, or simply greasy and dirty from fighting? I like the chain on the base too.
