Hey folks,
As you know, we did a server move last weekend and it caused more than a few problems for us, from disapearing posts to completely killing the webstore just as we released our latest releases.
We finally got that cleared up a 100% today with yet another server move and the reinstatement of our SSL certificates and some software upgrades on the server and everything is cruising along now at a good speed. Hopefully many of you will see a difference as the site loads faster and you no longer have any delays or time outs.
Also, as many of you know (and thank you for the many PM's and e-mails informing me) the webstore was out of commission this last week and has just now been put back in order and everything is running smoothly once again. Orders can once again be immediately processed through either credit cards or Paypal. Again, my apologies for those of you who have had trouble placing your orders.
Lastly, and this is a good problem to have, we here at Wyrd have been eating through the bandwidth in a significant way for the last six months and more than once we've gone completely through a rather significant amount and have had to up our usage. With the server upgrade we've taken the initiative to add an additional 30GB of bandwidth monthly which we expect will hold out for us for a bit as we continue to grow.
Again, my apologies for the disruption and thank you for your patience as we get through these latest growing pains.
