Replacement Parts

Hi there, I was just wondering how would we go about getting replacement parts. One of the spider-legs from the steampunk spiders seems to have been chopped off when pulled from the mold. How would one got about getting something like that replaced?

If for any reason you get a miniature through Wyrd that has a bad mold line (very unlikely as we have great casters and we go through every mini ourselves) or is missing a part or broken, just contact us directly either with 'CONTACT US' which is on the front page or with a direct PM to me and I'll send you out a replacement immediately.
