With no information beyond the teaser image I wildly speculate that the 'rise' is a reference to 'high rise building' and that the new kit will be a 12" x 12" tower 3' high.

Basically the terraclips printed on a single piece vinyl mat. Just roll it out, add your favorite buildings, and play.

Eric mentioned them briefly in a podcast some time shortly after Gencon.

It screams dungeon to me. Rough brick, cobwebs, hellpit in the floor lit by daemonic light from below. My every D&D instinct tells me to check for traps, so it's a dungeon ;)

The pic is "dr_promo" so if the "r" refers to "Rise" what about the "d"?

all I know on this is for me it will have to wait until next year to get..... I spent over $300 on terraclips in less than a month the wife isnt too impressed by that lol so ill le it be for a while methinks although so wanna know what it is the terraclips product line is mega awesome I loooooove it!

Wait, I take that back. Not if it's just going to be the same as all the other sets, bunch of card walls and arched doorway cut outs, just with different stuff printed on it. Same goes for the quarantine zone, or a necropolis, or a dungeon.

If it actually has scatter terrain, maybe various lab apparatus/equipment, then it will be awesome.
