Has anyone ordered any Terraclips products from this website? I ordered a set with streets of Malifaux in September and still haven't received them... The description of the item at the website says that it's out of stock at the supplier.
Is it just me or have any other people also had bad luck with the realization of an order?

I ordered in August and am still waiting. They sent me the clips a few weeks ago, but no boxes of Terra yet :(

I pester them with emails every now and then, and they just apologise and say that they cannot get any stock from anywhere. My local shop says the same thing, to be fair.

Thanks for the reply to my question. Looks like we're in the same boat. The only good thing is that maelstromgames is a rather good online store and so far all my orders were delivered sooner or later - and there were quite a few of them.

They've always been fine as far as I am concerned. I've been waiting over a year for Terraclips (so long, in fact, I made my own version) so I can wait a bit longer :)

this website in particular has always struggled with stock levels, BUT when they do get your order out to you as soon as possible.

I have had a few issues in the past but has always worked out well

I guess I'll just have to wait patiently then. Thanks for the replies.

I purchased 2 boxes in September 2010. Haven't received any yet, not even when they had them in stock. I thought they'd handle the oldest preorders first but they ignored any of that. I don't preorder with them anymore. It's faster to order when it's in stock. I had to send them multiple mails to beg them to send my previous preorders when they had the items in stock on their website. Sometimes took two weeks before they shipped.

wow, more than a year of waiting for nothing... Guess I'll have to start looking for terraclips somewhere else

Maelstrom are... incredibly slow much of the time.
I'd suggest somewhere like Wayland (although I'm still waiting on clips from them) or actually an Ebay seller who has actual stock.

Avoid Wayland! Nothing but hassle with them in the past (the stock levels on their site in no way reflect their actual stock levels...).

Ebay is by far your best bet (if you can find Terraclips on there). The stock tends to be accurate and even Maelstrom post quickly (amazing what a little feedback system will do...)

Unfortunately that's true. In most cases I waited for a wee-two before inquiring about mu order in an email, which was in most cases followed by processing the order and splitting it in two or three parts. This time it's the same but the answer I got concerning Terraclips was:

the terraclips are currently out of stock at Wyrd, and are due back sometime in December according to our supplier

I ended up cancelling and ordering from Firestorm Games, they've not got any either but they're far better at keeping you informed about what's happening than some other places (mainly thinking Wayland who I've had countless 'in stock' orders with bounced back weeks later cause they couldn't get them in).

I really like ordering with Maelstrom because they've always been really fast to deliver, stock pending. Everytime I ordered something in stok it was sent within a day and often I receive my orders 1 to 2 days max after ordering. Items which are not in stock take longer, but I know that as soon as they have it it'll be sent. I love that their prices are low plus they have a fidelity scheme which I think is great. In summary if you're in a hurry don't order things which aren't in stock (if it's out of stock locally it takes usually about 2-3 weeks to arrive, if it's out of stock at supplier -Wyrd- it has taken about 2 months to arrive, except of course TLC which isn't re-distributed yet).
As far as I've understood regarding Terraclips it's first ordered first served. So those who ordered the longest ago (since August-September) will be the first ones to be sent to when the new stocks are dispatched from Wyrd (which is supposed to be sometime in December). If you cancel your order you come out of the queue of course, and allow those who ordered late (like me! :)) to climb a few spaces, hurray! :P

It's not. Ordered in August 2010. Didn't receive anything yet.

If you find any you will be lucky. Wyrd ordered a supply that they thought would last for months, instead it sold out in only a couple of days. There are still a great many people longing to get their hands on them :(

Sadly I'm one of them and have been told even the shops don't know when they're due (had them on order from Firestorm for months).

Terraclips are on a very dry spell at the moment & both that Wayland & Maelstrom have the bad habit of listing stock as in they dont have yet. Personalty I much prefer to be told its out of stock & given a realistic estimate of its likely arrival

If anyone is in London, Dark Sphere, near Waterloo Station has one or two boxes of the Sewers Of Malifaux left.

Happy hunting, and Merry Christmas.

Just arrived and cleared customs. We'll be sending them out first of the year to distributors and you should see them on shelves by mid January in the US and end of January outside of the US.

I emailed Maelstrom about my order, and they said they were expecting new stock late Jan/ early Feb.

In November they told me they were expecting them in December so don't hold your breath ;)

I know, but now we know Wyrd/ WWG are distributing new stock again (and I verified this by buying two sets of Sewers in the UK, which I am currently playing with), so the chances are this update is a solid one.

Let's hope so, I'm really looking forward to having my order shipped...

I'd ordered from firestorm and mine arrived on Friday so they have landed in the UK, it's just whether maelstrom ordered enough to cover their orders this time.

My local(ish) shop now have Terraclips in stock (in the UK) so they should be with you pretty soon :)

As for Maelstrom and Wayland, I recommend using their Ebay stores, far more accurate with what's in stock and the turn over is faster.

Spirit Games have them at the time I posted this & I can pretty much guarantee anything in stock can be in the post to you the same day in , orders which miss the post at 4.30ish the next day or carrier orders which are slower exempted.

I believe Sholto (http://wyrd-games.net/forum/member.php?u=3371) will confirm this as its were he got his sewers & clips form.

Great! I checked the status of mine and it changed from "processing" to "packing" so I expect to get them soon. How long did you wait for your order?

Yes received mine yesterday, hurray! :D

I love the first contact sturdiness/feel of the material, this looks like awesomeness is in the house:D

After five days of "packing" I got an email informing me that the order has been dispatched, yay!

I hope the dry spell is over as I am rather looking forward to playing on mine, though to be honest I have had so much on I have not had the chance to open them yet.
