Considering that since Gen-con there has been quite a few threads and rogues posts slating customer service on Wyrds behalf.

Today I would like to chime in and say a huge thankyou to wyrd and Nathan in particular. I got one of the first hundred orders in for Gencon and had a swift dispatch email sent but a month later nothing had arrived.

My item had gone to a sorting office in America and then vanished without a trace. After waiting a month I contacted Nathan to look into it, he said leave it to me and true to his word a few weeks later a replacement package has arrived on my doorstep with everything I ordered including an added extra. It was not asked for or expected and was a very very nice gesture.

It's customer service like this and the supporting community that makes me spend the hundreds on this game system so Thanks for the excellent customer service

Have to give another thumbs up to the guys at Wyrd HQ... They do work hard to get our toys to us... especially replacements
