Dose that mean the :aura would be around the Ice Mirror target or around Raspy?

And while we are are on the topic of White Out, because it is a 3" :aura and the :aura is measured from the "end" of the base, can something with White Out on be charged or seen by shooters? Or is the only point of White Out to get cover from spells and bullets?

Range will be measured from the model used with Ice Mirror, therefore the Aura is centered on that model. Not much point using Ice Mirror with White Out if that wasn't the case ;).

Models can see up to 3" into obscuring terrain. Exactly 3" is included in up to 3". The model White Out is cast on is exactly 3" into obscuring terrain. Therefore the model can be seen. Of course other models behind that model can be out of sight.
