It maybe the case that I haven't looked hard enough, but I can't find any mentions about to which way you round up the damage spirits take. For instance if Onryo takes 3 damage does spirit halve it to 2 or 1?

Page 5 of the Rules Manual:

Rounding:
When the rules require you to halve a number, round up to the nearest whole number, unless you are halving distances; distances are not rounded.

Round up all numbers, except distances, so to 2.

Also continued question, are Spirits also considered to be undeads? Mainly concerning the the Resser ones.

Only if they have the Characteristic of Undead.

Like the Hanged. They have Spirit and Undead as Characteristics.

Onryo only have Spirit.
