I found this (http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18143&highlight=hooded+rider+night) thread from back in the day, but it didn't look like any answer was finally given (since Ratty wasn't a rules marshal at the time). Situation's this:
Hooded Rider is in melee with two other people. He is in Night Stance and therefore cannot be targeted by ranged attacks.
If a shot is taken at one of the people he's in melee with, how does it all work out?
1. Flip for all models, including the Hooded Rider, and if he's selected, the attack fizzles since it cannot target him.
2. Flip for all models, including the Hooded Rider, and if he's selected, attack as normal and try to hit the Hooded Rider.
3. Flip for all models except the Hooded Rider since he cannot be targeted.
We opted for the first option in our game (actually came up in two separate games over the last few days). Did we do it right?
