Insidious Madness Neverborn whisper

My card for Insidious madness says that Neverborn whisper is a choice of Wp -> Df or Wp -> Df.

Is this a typo? Surely they should not be the same. What should it be, and where is the errata/correction. I have looked but can not find anywhere!
